7 jurors selected to serve and Trump chastised: Donald Trump's hush money trial day 2 recap

NEW YORK — Former President Donald Trump has been back in court for the second day of his Manhattan criminal trial as he's accused of covering up giving hush money to a porn star to help his 2016 presidential campaign.

Trump, 77, faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to conceal payments to Stormy Daniels. She has said she and Trump had sex in 2006, not long after Melania Trump gave birth to their son Barron. Trump has long denied the claim.

Prosecutors allege the falsification was done to conceal violating federal campaign finance contribution limits and a plan to violate New York tax and election laws, making the crimes felonies.
